How we work

A sourcing process built around visible buyer decisions.

From the first RFQ through sample confirmation and export packing, KudBo keeps the product, packaging and shipment record connected to the same buyer brief.

Quality team reviewing export products before consolidation

Buyer workflow

From a product question to a shipment-ready order.

1

Send an RFQ

Share your category, target market, estimated quantity, retail channel, product requirements and expected launch timing.

2

Review options

Compare the selected model, accessories, dimensions, packaging approach, order assumptions and sample route.

3

Confirm the sample

Record sample comments, product identity, artwork direction and factory testing points before production begins.

4

Prepare production

Align the purchase order, approved artwork, component requirements, pack-out and practical quality checklist.

5

Inspect and release

Review selected units and cartons against the approved reference, then resolve material deviations before handover.

6

Export handover

Reconcile product, quantities, carton data, packing information and shipment instructions for the agreed trade route.

What buyers should retain

One product file makes repeat orders much easier.

Keep the approved sample, product specification, artwork proof, key component notes, factory-test record, inspection report and shipment details together. When an accessory, color, supplier or packaging step changes, add a written note before the next production order is released.

Product identity

Model, revision, included items and the controlled sample used for approval.

Packaging proof

Retail box, labels, barcode position, inserts and master-carton configuration.

Quality records

Factory testing conditions, inspection findings, photographs and agreed corrective actions.

Shipment data

Final quantities, carton details, packing list and export handover information.

Plan your first order

Bring the product question. We will help structure the next steps.

Start with a product link or category, then add the market, quantity and packaging direction when they are known.
