Order planning

Product samples and MOQ planning before a wholesale order.

MOQ is not one universal number. It changes with the base product, color, logo method, packaging, components and supplier production route, so the first useful step is to define the version being requested.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask before sampling and quotation.

What is KudBo's minimum order quantity?

There is no single site-wide MOQ. It depends on the final product, supplier, color, logo, packaging, components and production method.

Can a buyer order one sample?

Many existing products may have a sample route, but availability, cost, preparation and shipping time must be confirmed for the selected model.

Is a stock sample enough for private-label approval?

A stock sample can confirm basic function and construction. Brand application, color, packaging and final pack-out may require additional approval stages.

Is the sample fee deducted from a future order?

Sample charging and any order credit depend on the product and supplier arrangement, so the terms should be stated in the sample quotation.
